You will be the oneresponsible for the acquiring and retaining trading influencers to promote the platform . You will focuson influencer relationship management. As an excellent business associate, you must have a knack foridentifying emerging high quality influencers and have an empathy for influencer needs. You must havethe ability to position new features to existing influencers to increase adoption for newly launchedproducts. You must have data orientation and willingness to talk to influencers to gather feedback andshare it with the product team. You must be able to resolve any issues influencers are facing on theproduct by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the company

What You Will Do:

Onboard and retain influencers for peepalco brands i.e coinswitch, lemonn and zing trade

Identify the target influencers to work inline with the influencer playbook defined internally

Identify the contacts of shortlisted leads and reach out to them timely

Pitch them about the partnership with attractive deals and clear deliverables

Negotiate the deals with win-win for both influencer and the company

Work internally with business finance team to get the deal approved

Work with legal team to get the agreement done

Work with vendor payables team to get the payments done on time

Work closely with onboarded influencers to ensure they are trained on the product features

Work closely with onboarded influencers to make them promote coinswitch features

• Support influencers with any questions they have and help solve their problems they face while promoting

Track the agreed deliverables of influencers and work with them to ensure they complete thedeliverables as committed

Track the number of traders onboarded, trading volume done, revenue generated and share thedata with influencers on time to improve their performance

Track all inbound influencer leads and convert them

Create a repository of good leads that can be pursued for existing and new products acrosscoinswitch, lemonn and zing trade

Present influencers suggestions to leadership, product team for building product backlog

Work with dashboards created by analytics team (Tableau/ redash/Amplitude) to monitor thebusiness metrics and publish them to stakeholders

Work with dashboards created by Tech team (either Openblocks/Grafana) to monitor health ofthe business and support tech on call to solve customer issues

What You Should Have:

2-3 years Experience in working as business associate in B2B, preferably as businessdevelopment associate onboarding influencers

Understanding of the fintech space (crypto preferred)

Familiarity with diverse business functions such as finance, analytics, product etc.

Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills
