Revival Health and Wellness

Associate Chiropractor — This Is More Than Just an Associate Position
Revival Health & Wellness | Fenton, Missouri
$84,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Bonus Potential
Build Your Career. Become a Better Doctor. Make a Bigger Impact.
Most associate chiropractor positions are focused on one thing: seeing patients.
At Revival Health & Wellness, we're looking for something more.
We want a chiropractor who is passionate about helping people get better, loves building relationships with patients, and wants to continually grow both personally and professionally.
We're an integrated health and wellness practice combining chiropractic care with rehabilitation and medical services. Our goal is to provide exceptional care, create outstanding patient experiences, and help people achieve lasting improvements in their health.
We're looking for an Associate Chiropractor who wants to become an important part of that mission.
Why Join Revival?
A competitive salary with real upside. Start with an $84,000 annual base salary plus uncapped performance-based bonus opportunities. Our compensation structure is designed to create the potential for top-performing doctors to earn well into six figures as they grow and contribute to the practice.
Dedicated training every Tuesday and Friday. We believe great doctors never stop learning. That's why we build dedicated training and professional development into our weekly schedule. You'll have opportunities to improve your adjusting skills, clinical decision-making, patient communication, and ability to help patients achieve great outcomes.
Time to do more than just adjust patients. Your workweek includes approximately 26 hours of direct patient treatment, with additional time dedicated to examinations, re-examinations, documentation, and practice growth.
Mentorship and professional growth. You'll work directly with Dr. Carpenter and collaborate with our integrated clinical team. We're looking for someone who welcomes feedback, wants to sharpen their skills, and is excited about growing as a doctor.
Help build something bigger. You'll have opportunities to participate in educational content, community events, health talks, and developing relationships with local businesses and referral partners.
