Associate Chiropractor

Elm Grove, WI | Full-time | Monday–Thursday | $80,000–$100,000+ base

You will join an established, growing practice with direct owner mentorship, a structured development path, a four-day workweek, and a clear progression to a $100K+ base salary.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

• Monday–Thursday schedule – Fridays and weekends off

• $80K base during training → $90K after 90-day competency sign-off → $100K after full-associate sign-off

• Quarterly team bonus plus 3–5% annual base salary increase

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNIQUE

New graduates and experienced DCs are both welcome. TRT proficiency is preferred but not required. If you are the right person and need additional TRT training, we will pay for the training and certification.

WHAT YOU WILL GROW INTO

Adjusting and educating families, exams and progress exams, scans and X-rays, explaining findings and care recommendations, guiding patients into long-term wellness care, teaching workshops, and independently leading your own patient panel.
