Job Overview

Duties

• Perform manual therapy techniques, including diversified chiropractic adjustments, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the musculoskeletal system utilizing anatomy and physiology knowledge to diagnose conditions accurately.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at pain management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and functional improvement.
• Utilize musculoskeletal diagnostics to identify root causes of pain and movement dysfunctions.
• Apply expertise in pain medicine to manage acute and chronic pain effectively.
• Incorporate physical therapy and rehabilitative care strategies to achieve goal-oriented outcomes that surpass traditional adjustment-only approaches.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures to promote long-term health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to optimize patient results and ensure comprehensive care.

Experience

• Prior experience in chiropractic practice with a strong foundation in manual therapy techniques such as diversified adjustments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system is essential for accurate diagnostics and effective treatment planning.
• Experience in musculoskeletal diagnostics and pain management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with physical therapy, rehabilitative care, and pain medicine will be considered an asset.
• Proven ability to develop goal-oriented treatment plans focused on achieving measurable patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach toward patient care are required for success in this role.
