Duties

• Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations, to identify musculoskeletal issues and develop personalized care plans
• Perform chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based treatments to alleviate pain and restore function
• Manage acute pain cases with effective pain medicine strategies and implement patient rehabilitation programs for long-term recovery
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on occupational health initiatives and provide patient education on biomechanics, anatomy, and physiologic processes
• Interpret medical imaging results and perform musculoskeletal diagnostics to support precise healthcare diagnoses
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with advances in pain management, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis standards

Skills

• Strong knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics principles
• Proficiency in physical assessments, physical examinations, and client communication to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Experience with chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and patient treatment planning
• Ability to assess acute pain conditions effectively and develop appropriate care strategies based on evidence-based practice
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms for efficient record keeping and documentation
• Excellent understanding of medical terminology, medical imaging interpretation, and musculoskeletal diagnostics
• Skilled in patient observation, pain management experience, and delivering clear client communication to foster trust and compliance
