Position Title: Associate Chiropractor

Location: Fairlawn, OH

(Additional opening available in Painesville, OH)

Compensation: $80,000 to $140,000+ per year (base salary + aggressive bonus structure; Year 1: $80K - $110K, Year 2: $110K - $140K+)

About the Practice:

Established family chiropractic practice in Fairlawn serving the broader Akron and Northeast Ohio region. The clinic cares for a broad patient population, including adults, families, children, athletes, and expectant mothers, within a high-energy, high-volume environment. Complete administrative, billing, and operational support is provided so doctors can focus strictly on clinical care, patient education, and skill development.

Compensation: $80,000 to $140,000+ total earning potential through a competitive base salary plus unlimited performance-based bonuses

Mentorship: Extensive hands-on clinical and business mentorship covering Report of Findings, patient communication, retention, and cash-based practice systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver confident, high-quality chiropractic adjustments and manage patient care plans
• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and deliver clear Reports of Findings
• Educate patients on spinal health, wellness, long-term retention, and care recommendations
• Maintain accurate patient documentation while collaborating within a high-volume team environment

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited college
• Active Ohio chiropractic license or eligible for Ohio licensure (open to new grads and experienced doctors)
• Strong adjusting skills or commitment to developing clinical excellence
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a coachable mindset
