What they need
Kalkstein Chiropractic is looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our established and growing practice in Towson, Maryland.
We're looking for a doctor who wants to deliver excellent chiropractic care, build strong relationships with patients, and continue developing clinically within a practice that offers more resources and opportunities for collaboration.
Chiropractic is at the foundation of what we do. Our approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with active rehab, corrective exercise, strength training, and advanced treatment technologies, with integrative medical and functional medicine providers available within the practice when additional care may benefit the patient.
For our chiropractors, that means the opportunity to focus on being a great DC while having an experienced team and a broader range of resources around you and your patients.
The Opportunity
You'll join an established practice with an existing patient base, experienced chiropractors, and a team built to support patient care.
Our doctors evaluate and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, provide manual chiropractic care, incorporate active care into treatment plans, and follow patients through their progression.
We care about outcomes. We want patients reaching their goals, getting back to the activities that matter to them, and graduating from their plans of care. We also value doctors who connect with their patients, communicate well, and take ownership of the care they provide.
When a case isn't progressing as expected, you'll have other experienced clinicians to collaborate with and additional resources available within the practice.
What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive examinations, re-examinations, and clinical assessments
Diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
Develop individualized plans of care
Provide high-quality manual chiropractic adjustments
Incorporate active rehab and corrective exercise into patient care
Monitor patient outcomes and modify care based on clinical response
Educate patients about their condition, treatment plan, and progress
Build strong relationships with patients throughout their care
Collaborate with other providers when additional evaluation or treatment may benefit the patient
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Grow With KCI
Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced chiropractor, we want KCI to be a place where you can continue developing.
You'll work alongside experienced DCs with opportunities for mentorship, case collaboration, continuing education, and development of your clinical and adjusting skills.
Depending on your interests and experience, you'll also have opportunities to expand your skills in areas such as:
Motion Palpation
McKenzie/MDT
Active Release Technique
Sports and musculoskeletal care
Active rehab and corrective exercise
Dry needling
Shockwave therapy
As part of a broader integrative practice, you'll also work in an environment where regenerative medicine, functional medicine, advanced treatment technologies, and progressive strength programs are available to support patients when appropriate.
