About the Role:
As a Client Order Coordinator, with a variety of state and internal systems, in addition to working with vendors in many states. These team members have a high degree of attention to detail, ensuring that each document or filing is what the clients requested and that it gets to them promptly. As a COC, youll build a strong knowledge base that provides a solid foundation to work in many other departments at CSC. A successful day on this team is ensuring that CSC can deliver the correct document in the expected time frame, if not before. The most productive team members are committed to customer service, friendly, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries via email and internal chat systems
• Processing filings such as Annual Reports, Corporate Transparency Act filings, and Business Licenses
• Reviewing and processing legal documents for accuracy
• Maintaining and updating customer records and contact details
• Managing customer portfolios and fulfilling orders across jurisdictions
• Navigating multiple databases and systems quickly and accurately
• Coordinating with internal teams to track and communicate project progress
• Resolving customer and documentation-related issues

Role Details:

• Location: Chennai
• Working Model: Hybrid
• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• Eligibility: Any Graduate or Fresher (no prior experience required)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with MS Office and multiple computer systems
• A strong customer-service orientation (B2B/transactional experience is a plus, not mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Quick and independent learner, adaptable to change
