Associate

Responsibility

• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance advisory transactions within the scope of the Listing Rules
• Preparing pitching materials, assessing potential deals, executing transactions and conducting due diligence
• Preparing announcements and circulars related to respective transactions
• Preparing consolidation, management reports and variance analysis
• Preparing financial forecast, and budget
• ⁠Liaising and communicating with HKEX, SFC and / or relevant regulators and other professional parties such as external auditors and other specialists
• Occasional PRC and / or other countries travel required
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration are preferred

• 0-2 years audit or accounting experience is preferred

• CFA or HKICPA student member preferred

• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Executive
