Associate

We are looking for an Associate who will provide support to the managers in updating membership directory, connecting with the members and partners, and documentary requirements and information to supervisors.

What You'll Do

• Assists Manager in providing an updated membership directory.
• Assists managers in FGDs, RTDs, and KIIs to identify industry-specific issues and trends.
• Attends chamber activities, generates action items, and provides feedback to managers for next steps.
• Prepares initial versions of reports (e.g., monthly accomplishments, feedback, terminal reports) for manager review.
• Provide secretariat support to the managers for the signing event.
• Facilitates the routing of the instruments of agreement i.e., MOA, MOU.
• Follow up and monitor collections in coordination with Finance - Cashier/Admin Assistant
