COMPENSATION

· W-2 Employee Position

· Tiered percentage-based pay:

· 50% of revenue during year 1

· 60% of revenue during years 2+ with full caseload (20+ clients)

SUPERVISION & TRAINING

· Free individual and group supervision

· Structured training in eating disorders, anxiety disorders including OCD, trauma-informed care, and neurodivergent-affirming therapy

CASELOAD & SCHEDULE

· Sustainable caseload (20+ sessions/week)

· Consistent referrals provided

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
