The Community Company builds premium private communities for people in finance. Our flagship, Aces, is a curated network of 150+ VC General Partners; our second community, Insiders, serves 80+ institutional LPs. We're fully bootstrapped, with a team of five, with an office in Venice, LA.

We're hiring an Associate to join one of three teams, Product, Growth, or Operations, based on your strengths and where you'd thrive.

What that looks like, depending on team:

Product (member experience): organizing and running intimate dinner parties across NY and SF, planning our annual trips to destinations like Bozeman and Jackson Hole, coordinating small groups and member programming, and making our members feel genuinely taken care of.

Growth (new members): helping us source the best investors in the world, managing our pipeline, following up and scheduling intro calls, researching prospective members, and running onboarding from acceptance through billing.

Operations : helping make the whole company run, invoices, expenses, monthly close with our accountants, clean billing and member data. The machine hums because of you.

You're hospitality-minded, you notice what people need before they ask. And work is a central pillar of your life right now. You don't need years of experience; you need to be the kind of person things can be handed to.

Compensation & benefits: $60,000-$80,000 annually depending on experience, health insurance, and meaningful ownership of your lane fast, on a five-person team, you'll be trusted with more in three months than most companies give in three years. Full-time, in person at our Venice office.
