Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Draft court processes, represent clients, and manage case files effectively.
• Review and draft agreements, contracts, and transaction documents.
• Provide advisory support on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Prepare meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Ensure proper resolution documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal opinions and memoranda.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve the firm's goals and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of post-call experience in a reputable law firm.
• Strong expertise in litigation and transactional law.
• Proficiency in drafting, researching, and managing corporate governance matters.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Nigerian laws and regulatory frameworks.
