We are working exclusively with a leading US law firm that is looking to add a talented Tech Transactions Associate to its growing Los Angeles team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice advising some of the world's leading technology companies, investors and high-growth businesses on sophisticated and cutting-edge transactions.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners and clients across a broad range of technology transactions matters, including:

• Technology transactions and commercial agreements
• SaaS, licensing and other technology arrangements
• Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• IP-related transactions
• Data, privacy and emerging technology matters
• Technology aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
• Advising high-growth and established technology companies

The Candidate

The firm is looking for an associate with approximately 2–6 years of relevant experience who has:

• Strong experience in technology transactions / commercial matters
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience advising sophisticated technology clients
• Strong academic credentials
• California Bar admission or eligibility to waive in
