Play a key role in pioneering the rollout and transition of Francisco Motors’ electric vehicle program across Limay, Bataan.

Company Description Francisco Motors, the Philippines’ pioneering jeepney manufacturer and now a global electric and sustainable mobility company, is building a nationwide Network of Associates to accelerate the modernization of public transport, deployment of electric vehicles, digital mobility systems, and clean transport infrastructure. We are appointing a Brgy Head for Limay, Bataan to lead business development, partnerships, and associate expansion across the province. As an Associate, you are not an employee—you are a partner. You earn from every sale or opportunity you bring into the ecosystem. Through our Network, you will help drive sustainable mobility while creating impact for Jeepney Operators, Drivers, and Commuters nationwide. This is a part-time, performance-based role with no fixed allowance. However, the earning potential is significant, and you will play a direct role in modernizing the country’s transportation system. Role Overview Lead all Francisco Motors business development and partnerships across Limay, Bataan. Build and manage a province-wide Network of Associates and drive the deployment of EVs, transport programs, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Represent Francisco Motors across Limay, Bataan Build partnerships with cooperatives, LGUs, companies, and organizations Recruit and lead Business Development Associates province-wide Drive vehicle deployment, platform adoption, and regional growth Coordinate with national leadership on targets and execution Ideal Profile Entrepreneurial and leadership-oriented Strong network and influence within Limay, Bataan Excellent communicator and deal-maker Passionate about sustainability and nation-building Highly self-driven; takes initiative and consistently delivers results What You Get Commission from personal sales plus province-level overriding incentives Partner-level leadership role Flexible, results-based structure Pathway to national and country leadership roles Why This Matters You will help lead the modernization of transportation in the Philippines—starting with Limay, Bataan—bringing clean, future-ready mobility to communities while building your own long-term business and leadership career.
