Pearse Partners is working exclusively with a leading global infrastructure private equity platform on the hire of a Senior Analyst or Associate to join their New York team.

Our client is one of the world's leading infrastructure private equity platforms. The firm operates across both large-cap and mid-market deals and invests across digital infrastructure, transport, energy transition, utilities and infrastructure services, with offices globally.

The firm operates lean deal teams by design. Associates carry real responsibility early — IC materials, financial modelling, due diligence, board observer roles — and interact directly with Partners and Investment Committee members throughout.

The Role

• Full deal team involvement across origination, modelling, due diligence, IC materials and asset management
• Exposure across large-cap and mid-market across all infra sectors
• Entry-to-exit deal model — you follow a transaction from first look through to portfolio
• Board observer responsibilities on select transactions
• Direct interaction with senior leadership and Investment Committee members

Candidate Profile

• 1.5–4 years' experience as an analyst or associate at a top-tier investment bank
• Coverage in an infrastructure-adjacent sector
• Strong financial modelling capability — this process has a high technical bar
• Commercial maturity and genuine interest in infrastructure and operational value creation
