What they need

Company Description Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) is one of the largest hotel chains in India, operating across upscale, upper-midscale, midscale, and economy segments. The group offers differentiated services and a strong value proposition through seven distinct brands, including Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, Keys Prima, Keys Select, and Keys Lite. Since opening its first 49-room hotel in 2004, LTHL has grown to a portfolio of more than 270 hotels, with over 130 operational properties and many new locations planned. With a team of around 7,700 employees, Lemon Tree Hotels focuses on delivering a refreshingly different experience to guests every day, supported by a culture of service excellence and growth opportunities.

Role Description This full-time on-site Associate role is based in Gurgaon and supports day-to-day hotel operations to ensure a smooth guest experience. The Associate will assist with front office or guest services, including check-in/check-out support, handling guest queries, and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities may include maintaining documentation, supporting reservations, and assisting with billing or payment processes according to hotel policies. The role also involves ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in designated areas, escalating issues to supervisors when needed, and contributing to the overall efficiency and hospitality of the property.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and guest relationship skills, with a focus on courtesy, professionalism, and problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to interact clearly with guests and team members.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with hotel systems, reservation platforms, and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, maintaining attention to detail and reliability.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Minimum educational qualification typically at the high school or diploma level; a degree in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
  • Commitment to teamwork, punctuality, adherence to company policies, and a professional appearance.
