Associate

Hiring for associate role in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky. We are growing in leaps and bounds and should have double the amount of associates by the end of 2027.

This is a unique opportunity allowing you to assist with buy/sells of dealerships. We primarily focus on automotive, but do handle some powersports, RVs and other verticals. We also assist with valuations of the business, assisting dealers with financing options and also manufacturer approval. We are unique in that we only represent one side of the transaction.

Ideal candidates must have significant automotive experience, either in dealerships, serving dealerships or both. One key component is your dealer network, either on Linkedin or through other means in the market you are applying for. If you were or are dealer facing like a dealership consultant, an F&I agent, a P&C agent, banking or outside services that dealt directly with the dealer, then you are an ideal candidate. If not ideal, we would still love to talk to you.

The OTHER part- Long sales cycle, takes awhile to get going if you don't have a strong dealer network. Deals can be complex, so understanding of financial statements is helpful, but not required. You get compensated very well, but can be challenging. You need to be resilient and self motivated. You are no longer a vendor to a dealer, but assisting them and their family with one of the biggest decisions in their life.
