Job Summary

Work alongside a dedicated and experienced team in a fast paced environment to help customers in the Woodforest community with shipping, printing, and business services. Pay increases after training and continues thereafter. We also give monthly and quarterly bonuses every month and every quarter.

Processing packages

Receive and process packages for shipping, which may include weighing, lifting, and generating labels. You may also process damaged shipments, late packages, and lost package claims.

Customer service

Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide exceptional service. You should be knowledgeable about the products and services offered, and be able to promote them. You should also be able to help customers determine the best way to ship their packages.

Printing

Help with the execution and fulfillment of print jobs. People with artistic ability encouraged to apply.

Operating equipment

Operate copiers, printers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. You may also perform other tasks, such as faxing, copying, and binding.
