About the Role
We are looking for an Associate – Account Operations to support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of Customer engagements. The role will involve coordinating with Customers, internal teams, and consultants to ensure smooth onboarding, project setup, invoicing, timesheet management, and ongoing engagement administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding lifecycle for Customer engagements, ensuring all pre-joining and onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Create bidsheets and project records and ensure accurate mapping of projects and engagements in Salesforce.
• Maintain Salesforce records, ensuring project, resource, Customer, and engagement-related information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with Customers on operational matters including interview scheduling, resource onboarding, invoicing, timesheets, and other engagement related requirements.
• Manage timesheets for consultants/resources, ensuring timely submission, validation, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Partner with internal Sales, Finance, HR, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of Customer engagements.
• Track key milestones, pending actions, and dependencies across multiple engagements and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
• Prepare regular status updates and reports related to ongoing projects, resources, timesheets, and Customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Project Coordination, Project Management, Operations, Resource Management, or a similar role.
• Experience in a services, staffing, IT services, consulting, or technology environment would be preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and Customer coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or any CRM/project management system.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with operational data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively follow up, identify issues, and drive tasks to closure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent Customer engagements.
