Role & Responsibilities:

• Preferred work rights in Singapore
• Experience as a Revit Architect (preferred)
• Experience as a BIM Lead (preferred)
• Experience as a Lead Designer
• Project Management experience as a Lead
• Contracts administration experience
• Experience with technical documentation & authority submission
• Project management and coordination
• Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration
• To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team
• Training and supervision of junior staff
• To maintain high standards

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• Assist Senior Associate or Director in delegation of job assignments
• Be familiar and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
• Represent the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design and authority compliance
• Supervision and management of applications for planning and building control departments
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required
• Preparing tender documents for contracts
• Administration of contracts
• Project management and coordination
• Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship
• Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
• Meet project schedules and maintain high standards
