Job Description – Litigation Associate

Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our legal team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have practical litigation experience, with knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) laws being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling litigation matters, including drafting, legal research, and preparation of pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in court proceedings, case filings, and maintaining case records.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and internal teams for case-related matters.
• Support the team in managing litigation matters and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• 1–2 years of relevant litigation experience is required.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) laws is preferred.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
• Candidates currently based in Chennai will be preferred.
