Associate

We are currently looking for a  mid-level Associate  to join our team.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a reputable university and admitted to the Bar
• 2–5 years of professional experience in legal practice
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong experience in corporate advisory and commercial contract drafting/review
• Familiar with litigation and dispute management processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
• Providing corporate and commercial legal advice to local and international clients
• Supporting and following up litigation and enforcement proceedings
• Preparing legal memoranda and participating in client meetings and international correspondence
