About The Role Thorndal Armstrong is looking for an Associate Attorney with 0 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic and expanding team. We are seeking candidates who are driven, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Developing litigation strategies to help clients achieve their goals
• Reviewing and investigating legal claims
• Conducting legal research and writing, including complaints, discovery, briefs, and letters;
• Appearing for court and depositions
• Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and clients
• Reporting to firm management.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Nevada
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Commitment to ethical practice
• Attention to detail
• Values high quality work and intellectual curiosity
