What they need
The firm is looking for a mid-level corporate transactional attorney with strong M&A experience , ideally someone who can also handle commercial contracts and healthcare-related transactions .
Main requirements:
- 3–6 years of corporate transactional law firm experience
- J.D. degree
- Eligible for admission to the Texas State Bar
- Strong experience with M&A / acquisitions
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase/acquisition agreements
- Experience with ancillary transaction documents
- Experience drafting/negotiating commercial agreements, especially:
- SaaS agreements
- Technology agreements
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Vendor agreements
- Other commercial contracts
