Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Associate will support daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in managing projects related to transport air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions. Responsibilities may include data collection and analysis, documentation and reporting, and supporting client communication to ensure timely and accurate information flow. The role involves collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and service teams to monitor project progress, address basic issues, and help maintain quality and delivery standards. The Associate will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude or interest in mechanical, automotive, or HVAC systems, especially in transport or related industries.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation software) and have solid attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, demonstrate reliability, and maintain a professional and inclusive approach in team settings.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (e.g., engineering, technology, business, or a related field) is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, transport, HVAC, or logistics is an advantage.
