Job Title: Customer Support Associate – US Process

Shift: Fixed US shift Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday Job
Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance. -
Communicate clearly with customers in English.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow company procedures and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals. Eligibility
Criteria - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
. - Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Good verbal English communication skills
Salary and Benefits - Freshers: ₹19,500 per month.
Experienced candidates: ₹29,000–₹33,000 per month, depending on experience and eligibility.
Cab facility available, subject to company policy.
Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
