We are looking for a curious, adaptable and eager-to-learn professional to join our Compensation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a long-term path in Compensation and Total Rewards. You will support the team across day-to-day compensation operations and key projects, including our ongoing job architecture and title rationalization work, while developing deep expertise through hands-on learning and mentoring.

  • Support annual compensation cycles such as merit increases, bonus and promotion processes, including data preparation, validation and tracking.
  • Assist with job mapping, title inventory and data clean-up activities as part of job architecture and job evaluation projects.
  • Help participate in salary surveys and collate market benchmarking data under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support pays equity and pay transparency activities, such as data cuts by level, function or gender.
  • Respond to routine compensation and benefits queries from HR Business Partners and managers.
  • Contribute to processing documentation, templates and continuous improvement ideas within the team.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Corporate exposure: Minimum 1 to 1.5 year of experience working in a corporate environment (any HR domain).
  • Excel skills: Working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Willingness to learn and grow: A genuine interest in building a career in Compensation and a proactive approach to picking up new concepts, tools and processes.
  • Agility and flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities, deadlines and project needs.
  • Openness to learning: Receptive to feedback, coaching and new ways of working.
  • Accuracy and integrity: Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential employee and pay data.
  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Finance, or Statistics preferred).

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

  • Prior experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations or HR Analytics.
  • Exposure to HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Familiarity with salary surveys or benchmarking providers (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry, Aon Radford).
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI or other data tools.

Behaviors We Look For

  • Curious and asks questions to understand the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
  • Collaborates well with colleagues across HR and the business.
  • Communicates clearly and simply, both in writing and verbally.

What We Offer
