Currently, ComplianceOne is looking for a young and energetic members with a thrist for knowledge and success to join our professional team as an Associate Compliance Consultant . You will be reporting to our Senior Compliance Consultants directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle SFC licensing matters;
• Provide advisory and consultancy service to clients who have engaged our Ongoing Compliance Support Service;
• Review and prepare operational procedures, policies, manuals, and other documents;
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law or related discipline;
• Advanced studies in Compliance / Corporate Governance / AML field is preferred;
• Basic understanding of he financial market in Hong Kong, HKSI Licensing Examination (Paper 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, & 12), SFC Code of Conduct, SFC Licensing Handbook, Fit and Proper Guideline, AML Guideline, and etc.
• Minimum of 1-2 years working experience as in-house compliance officer or similar role at financial institutions, or as external compliance consultant at consultancy firms;
• Experience in dealing with the SFC, HKEx, HKMA, C&E Department, Insurance Authority, Audit or other local/overseas regulators will be of great advantage;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Putonghua;
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Smart, energetic, thirst for knowledge, strive for success, self-motivated, hardworking, and meticulous.
