Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Crossboarding, and Offboarding modules.
• Support Recruit-to-Hire (R2H) processes and system integrations.
• Test configurations and validate system functionality.
• Prepare process documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Assist end-users during implementation and resolve system issues.
• Support data migration, data validation, and employee rehire processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows.

Requirements

• Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work collaboratively across locations in India.
