About the Role

Phoenix Business Consulting is looking for highly motivated and talented fresh graduates to join our SAP SuccessFactors practice as Associate Consultants – Employee Central (EC) .

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills , and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology .

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech + MBA qualification is mandatory.
• 2025 pass-out candidates preferred.
• MBA specialization in Human Resources (HR) will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from reputed and well-established colleges/universities are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and business operations .
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory.
• Strong interest in building a career in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week from the Hyderabad office .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support activities.
• Support requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and issue analysis.
• Assist with configuration and system-related activities.
• Develop an understanding of Employee Central business processes and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams.
• Participate in testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.
• Continuously develop knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology.

• Good understanding of HR concepts and processes .
• Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

MBA-HR candidates or candidates with good knowledge of HR processes will have an added advantage.
