Our Mass Recruitment team in Hong Kong is looking for a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Permanent Hiring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with high-volume recruitment projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.

What you will be doing?

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for permanent positions across multiple industries.
• Partner with clients to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize HR systems and tools to maintain accurate data and streamline recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and achieve KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends and talent availability to advise clients effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills – a true people person who builds lasting relationships.
• HR know-how and system proficiency.
• Open to candidates with or without agency experience
• Experience in project hiring and managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
• Exposure to both Staffing and Permanent recruitment will be a big advantage.
