Associate-Consultant, Operations & Supply Chain

A leading global strategy consulting firm is seeking Senior Associates and Consultants to join its growing Operations & Supply Chain practice, with a focus on Life Sciences clients.

This team partners with biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, healthcare and investor organisations to solve complex operational challenges and deliver strategic transformation across the end-to-end supply chain.

What you'll be working on:

• Supply chain strategy and network design
• Demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation
• Procurement and strategic sourcing
• Manufacturing performance improvement
• Distribution network optimisation
• Logistics and transportation strategy
• Operating model and organisational transformation

What we're looking for:

• Professional experience within consulting environmnet
• Strong operations and supply chain experience within pharmaceuticals
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring junior team members
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
