Associate (Contractual/Off role)

Role & responsibilities

1. Processing all marketing initiative billings, including media bills, consumer activation expenses, BTL activity bills, input management, marketing events, etc.
2. Vendor registration processes and manage supplier portals.
3. Managing monthly budgeting activities through Adpro.
4. Preparing MIS reports and conducting data analysis for brands, sales, and marketing activities.
5. Supporting the sales team with display payments, vendor payments, and other payment-related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and data management.

3. Effective coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.

4. Experience in data preparation, MIS reporting, and vendor onboarding processes.

5. Ability to multitask and provide seamless support to the Sales team.

6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proactive approach with attention to detail and process compliance.
