Associate Coordinator, Material Control (Diploma Holder)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to storage material at designated rack or area

2. Prepare material for production issuing

3. Maintain an inventory tracking in warehouse system and stock count

4. Liaise with production, Eng and planning department on warehouse related issue

5. Ensure & able to detect any material  error or discrepancy

6. Prepare invoices that reflect the contents, pricing and destination for finished product that is shipped

7. Liaise with forwarder for shipment pick-up & flight booking

Requirements :

1. Previous experience as a warehouse storekeeper,  shipping or a similar position.

2 .Strong Knowledge of Warehouse Management System : SAP or ORACLE and logistics knowledge

3. Strong working knowledge of warehouse/ Logistic operations and management & time management skills

4. Ability to operate pallet jack or forklift
