Responsibilities

• Organizing analyst meetings, company roadshows, and expert calls with full logistical coordination
• Arranging due diligence meetings and company visits for institutional investors
• Collaborating with equity sales, research analysts, and investment banking teams
• Preparing departmental reports and maintaining corporate access activity records
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and coordination tasks as needed

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field
• 3 years of experience in corporate access or investor relations in top-tier financial instituion preferred
• Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
