Associate (Corporate Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support - Assist in driving the execution and implementation of corporate strategies, while actively monitoring the progress of key business initiatives.

Executive Material Preparation - Draft, compile, and refine high-level presentation materials and executive reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination - Serve as a central point of contact to facilitate meetings and operational tasks, liaising seamlessly across internal departments and with external stakeholders.

Administrative Management - Deliver end-to-end secretarial and administrative support to ensure the seamless daily operations of the Board.

Special Projects - Manage ad-hoc assignments, strategic business transactions, and special initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

Education - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Professional Experience - 3 years or above of relevant experience; prior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or Big 4 transaction team is preferred.

Domain Knowledge - Familiarity with accounting, tax, legal and listing rule requirements. Expertise in the HKEX Listing Rules, the Takeovers Code, M&A processes, and taxation is advantageous but not a must.

Language Proficiency - Full professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Core Competencies - Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive and highly adaptable with a strong sense of ownership. Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. Presentable and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Practical knowledge and application of AI tools is an advantage.
