We are seeking a mid-senior level Corporate M&A Lawyer to join our Hong Kong office.

Key Requirements:

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5-7 years PQE .

• Extensive experience in general corporate, M&A, private equity financings, and other related corporate transactions and advisory work .

• A strong team player, highly motivated , proactive , and capable of operating independently.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin .
