Job Descriptions

• Develop financial models and and business plans for the Company including tracking of Company’s performance versus targets
• Assess and provide support in strategic initiatives such as fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, or partnerships
• Assist in building investor relationships including the preparation of reports and analysis for investor communications
• Develop recommendations to improve existing business and operations through root cause analysis, best practice benchmarking, and problem solving
• Perform analysis such as company historical performance, competitive landscape, and market research to identify key areas of growth
• Drive implementation of internal projects working together with other functions in the organization including operational improvement, new business initiatives, or strategic partnerships

Job Requirements

• 4-5 year working experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, management consulting or private equity/venture capital is a plus
• Graduated from a reputable university with a strong academic background
• Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering background preferred, with a strong interest in business and management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Experiences in developing business plans, financial models, commercial and growth strategies
• Familiarity in SQL or other querying language, Tableau, Data Studio or other dashboard tools
