Associate Creative Designer

Description We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who’s passionate about visual storytelling, innovative design, and bringing ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching marketing material for social media (posts, reels, banners, etc.)
• Build and maintain project portfolios for in-house projects
• Create basic video content and simple animations
• Develop brand identities, logos, and visual assets aligned with client/brand vision
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop AI features, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up ideation, asset creation, and editing
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI advancements in design

Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in graphic/creative design
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design work
• Good eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced team
