Job Description

In Bogotá, Colombia, we’re looking for a Creative Director who will support the Group Creative Director in overseeing day-to-day creative execution, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and aligned with client objectives. This role combines creative quality control, team coaching, and project leadership, providing real-time feedback and clear direction to multidisciplinary teams while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all creative outputs.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of creative work from brief to final delivery ensuring quality and
• alignment
• Conduct and lead WIP reviews, ensuring progress and identifying risks early
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to creative teams in real time
• Guide and support creative team members during project execution
• Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and creative standards
• Collaborate with Account, Strategy, and Production teams for seamless delivery
• Assist in prioritization and daily workflow management
• Manage vendors or external partners when required
• Acts as a day to day leader for creative teams during project execution
• Provides mentorship, coaching, and feedback to support development
• Contributes to a collaborative and high performance creative culture

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in creative roles within agency or similar environments
• Project based leadership experience (>3 years guiding creative teams in execution)
• Strong experience in digital and integrated content production
• Proven ability to lead creative execution across multiple projects
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, storytelling, and design craft
• Experience coaching and mentoring creative talent
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in fast paced environments
