Associate Creative Director / Creative Director

• Oversee day-to-day creative development
• Create design concepts for events
• Passionately and proactively generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill client briefs
• Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to communicate ideas to clients
• Think strategically and understand the target audience and business
• Review illustrative material to ensure it conforms to standards and specifications
• Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements
• Lead a small creative team

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in design, advertising, graphic design, visual arts, or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of 3D Design (3Ds Max), Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience in branding design, event design, digital experience, and AI knowledge is an advantage
• Keen sense of forthcoming trends and art direction
• A good team player with an optimistic outlook
• Self-motivated, well-organized, proactive, and enthusiastic
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Design Manager
