Associate CRM Developer (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform)

DESCRIPTION

Amplify Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an Associate CRM Developer to join our build team and grow into a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expert. This is an early-career role for someone with strong technical fundamentals, a fast learning curve, and a genuine appetite for building things. You don't need years of Dynamics experience. You do need curiosity, attention to detail, and the drive to figure things out.

You'll work alongside our senior developers and Client Success Managers, building and supporting solutions across internal initiatives and client environments. You'll get hands-on exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and data migration, with mentorship and real ownership as you grow. We're especially interested in people who are excited about using modern AI tools to learn faster and build better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and configure Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Dynamics 365 customizations under the guidance of senior developers
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows, growing into more complex workflows and integrations over time
• Help design and extend Dataverse tables, columns, and relationships
• Support data migration, imports, and data cleanup tasks across client environments
• Troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and document what you build
• Use AI tools throughout your work to learn faster, speed up development, and improve quality
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and the build team to understand requirements (no direct client-facing work required)
• Contribute ideas to improve our internal systems and processes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, CRM, or a related technical role (co-ops, internships, and personal projects count)
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, the kind of person who enjoys untangling how things work
• Some exposure to the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar low-code/CRM tools, through work, school, or self-learning
• Basic understanding of data concepts (tables, relationships, data quality)
• Genuine curiosity about AI-driven ways of working, and comfort experimenting with new tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established standards
• Clear written communication skills
• Proactive, coachable, and committed to continuous learning
• A degree or diploma in computer science, information systems, commerce, data science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

ASSETS (NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED)

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or PL-200 (Functional Consultant)
• Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, SQL, or another programming language
• Experience with APIs, Power BI, or Power Pages
• Exposure to data migration or ETL tools
