Job Title: Associate Customer Experience (CX) Trainer

VerdantFlow Consulting is looking for an experienced CX Trainer to facilitate practical corporate training programmes for working professionals.

The trainer should be able to deliver programmes covering Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), UI/UX Design, behavioural psychology and AI-assisted design workflows. The courses combine business concepts with hands-on activities such as user research, customer journey mapping, ideation, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.

What You Will Do

• Deliver interactive corporate training on Customer Experience (CX), Design Thinking and UI/UX.
• Facilitate user research, customer journey mapping, ideation and problem-solving activities.
• Guide participants in creating wireframes, prototypes and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Demonstrate Figma and relevant AI-assisted design tools.
• Explain behavioural psychology, accessibility, usability and ethical design.
• Collaborate with VerdantFlow Consulting on course preparation and customisation.

Requirements

• Completed HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programme or HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.
• Practical experience in Customer Experience (CX), UI/UX, Product Design or Service Design.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, user research, customer journeys, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Proficient in Figma and relevant AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience conducting corporate training for working adults.
• Strong presentation, communication and group-facilitation skills.
• Able to conduct full-day training independently in English.
• Willing to travel to training venues when required.

Added Advantages

• Background in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, Customer Experience (CX) or behavioural psychology.
• Experience designing or improving real digital products and services.
• Able to conduct full day training in English to corporate professionals
• Experience customising programmes upon requirements
