Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support campus operations, ensuring process compliance, operational efficiency, and smooth stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure 100% adherence to operational processes, SOPs, and hygiene standards

• Performance Management:

• Track operational metrics and KPIs; identify gaps and drive timely corrective actions

• Customer Experience:

• Maintain CSAT score of 4+ through prompt issue resolution and consistent service quality

• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Manage relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors for seamless execution

• Audit Excellence:

• Ensure hostel audit scores consistently exceed 90% through strong on-ground control

• Initiatives & Projects:

• Support and execute initiatives to improve efficiency, engagement, and business outcomes

• Community Engagement:

• Drive participation in community initiatives to enhance campus experience

• Data & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate data tracking and reporting to support decision-making

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• Prior experience in operations coordination or similar role preferred
