Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Orders follow up from customers including payments and co-ordination for dispatches with Plants, Finance and Sales.
• Calculation of Volume analysis, raising of Debit and Credit note.
• Attending customer complaints & providing necessary solutions.
• Pricing preparation and Credit Control Exposure
• Calculation of cylinder turnover ratio and related analysis.
• Account reconciliation , balance confirmation with customers
• Cylinder issue & recovery and control of payment track
• F&F process while customer account closure
• Coordination with plant ,finance for day- day dispatches to customers on time
• Attending customers calls, Order Processing, Payment follow up, Forms follow up
• Agreement / Bank Guarantee renewal follow up
• Preparing MIS,CCR ,Renewal Agreements, Customer Master in SAP & custodian of docs.
• SAP price updation , Sales and margin data's sharing with team
• Periodic Credit Limit Review , Invoice ageing review
• Customer Complaint Management
• Co-ordination with Inter departments for smooth processing
• ASN Creation & Invoice submission in customer portal, SEZ invoice follow-up
