What they need
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customers' phone enquiries and process orders via customer care hotline, email and sales orders.
- Ensure important information about special delivery is communicated with the Warehouse Team
- Maintain records of all inventory transactions according to the requirements of the organization
- Provide admin support such as filing and retrieval of documents when required
- Assist in performing annual stock-take
- Any other duties assigned by the Client Service Manager and Senior Operations Executive
Requirements
- NITEC/ O Level/ Relevant Diploma Courses
- At least 2 years experience
- English literate and Computer literate
- Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous
- Experience in customer service will be advantageous
