Department Overview

STARCOM21 is a collaborative partnership between Motorola and the State of Illinois, delivering statewide land mobile radio coverage dedicated to Illinois first responders. Functioning as a small business unit, STARCOM handles agency billing, network construction, ongoing maintenance, and operational support. We are the trusted partner for over 1400 law enforcement and fire agencies with more than 90,000 user radios.

Job Description

The ACSM is responsible for the overall success of and the relationship between the Customer’s Operation, Motorola Subcontractors, and Motorola Solutions.

This uniquely rewarding role offers the chance to serve and make a meaningful impact supporting our valued customers. Focused heavily on account invoicing and customer support, this dynamic role will also support other team members and functions to sustain vital network operations.

Highly Preferred Qualification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of Applications.

Target Base Salary Range - $80,000 to $90,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Public Safety environment..
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
