Associate Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be doing the following:

• Brainstorming sessions together with the team to develop potential and current solutions for business needs or problems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify areas where existing MTC IT solutions can support business needs and goals.
• Support data quality checks and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable, clean, and accessible data.
• Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Design, describe, manage, build, deploy and support analytics
• Involvement in scoping of client’s requirements
• Translate business needs/requirements to technical specifications
• Create and update technical documentation
• Responsible for managing large volumes of data
• Consult with internal stakeholders on business needs and translate their requirements into analytics
• Works alongside business analysts to define, collect, and pre-process requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytics
• Assist in designing and implementing ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into centralized systems.
• Develop a keen understanding of organizational requirements and business processes to define key performance indicators
• Validate solutions output data with other data sources to ensure data integrity
• Design and develop analytic reports and dashboards for the entire business
• Monitor and control the performance of the analytics
• Perform other duties related to the job as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned and are customarily performed by other people in similar capacities.
