Associate Data Manager (Junior)

Our client is seeking an Associate Data Manager (Junior) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Design CRF: You will design case report forms following the clinical trial protocol.
• Data Validation: Develop data validation specifications based on the protocol and CRF.
• Data Entry: Perform clinical data entry and data review to ensure data quality.
• Data Reconciliation: Manage external data reconciliation to ensure data consistency.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team with data managers, programmers, and statisticians.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: You should hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related field

• Language Proficiency: You must be fluent in both Mandarin (Chinese) and English, written and spoken, as you'll be working with international teams and supporting research across different regions

• Clinical Research Interest: Experience in clinical data management, clinical research, or healthcare/pharmaceutical roles is valued, though candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply if you demonstrate passion for the field

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Electronic Data Capture systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar) would be advantageous but not essential

• Programming Knowledge: Working knowledge of R, Python, or SAS for data analysis and validation is preferred but we're open to candidates eager to learn these skills
